Traditional Closed Setup - This game will prominently feature an uninformed majority against informed minorities.
Phase Length - This game is divided into cycles, with each cycle consisting of a day phase and a night phase. The standard day phase length is 48 hours and the standard night phase length is 24 hours. You will be informed of the phase length when each phase starts and a countdown will be provided. Phase length duration will be reduced as less players remain alive.
Lynch Style - The default lynch style for this game is Majority Lynch. The player with majority votes reached on them is lynched, and the day immediately ends. Vote counts will be provided periodically throughout the day and will reflect the true amount of votes in play. You may vote in any format you desire as long as the vote is bolded, has the word "vote" in it, and has a legible name that I understand as the target of the vote, ex: Vote Lynch Kekko.
Claiming - Role/flavor claiming is freely open, however, any attempts to solve the game purely by claims are bound to be futile. Players are encouraged to play the game in order to win. All roles are essentially NAI and anti-town are not provided with fake claims.
Post Requirements - There is no set minimum post requirements in this game, however, slanking too much will lead to a warning and then a forced substitution.

- Do NOT directly copy paste your role, fake role, flavor text, and/or any information/feedback the hosts provide you in your role PM to the game thread. Paraphrase if necessary.
- Do NOT attempt to cheat, gain unfair advantages, or decrease the quality of the game by resorting to frowned upon acts such as excessive swearing and betting, truth tells of all kinds, and/or abusing loopholes that I may have overlooked, etc...
- Do NOT talk about any private communication you had with me in your role PM that isn't related to your role or results.
- Do NOT attempt to angle shoot other players either by their time zones, their role structure (ex: which role has a video, or gif, or image), their replacements, their activity elsewhere in the site, or any other outside of game factor to gain an advantage on them. You will receive a warning for such attempts. If behavior continuous, I have the right to force replace or modkill any player continuously angle shooting other players.
- There may or may not be intentional slight role inconsistencies incorporated in the game related to role structure, images, flavor etc.. to punish angle shooting. Any such attempts to angle shoot will only end up in hurting your own faction.
- Do NOT ask to be replaced publicly or threaten to leave the game, or any of that sort of behavior. I understand mafia gets heated very often and people have lives and get busy. If you would like to be replaced, please only discuss it with me privately in your role PM. I reserve the right to force replace or modkill any player publicly asking or threatening to be replaced or leave the game.
- If you believe I have made any mistake in processing actions, or vote counts, or anything else, please inform me via role PMs first.
- To make your action submissions clear, please Italicize for placeholders and Bold for final submissions. This applies to all alignments. I may be lenient and remind you in the first night, but further submissions that does not follow this will be intentionally ignored.
- If you have any questions about the game or your role, please ask it in your role PM. All questions asked publicly to the host in the game thread will be ignored. I can only answer/clarify things that are either public knowledge or knowledge you should know from your role. I will not be able to answer questions pertaining to another player/role. You may provide hypothetical scenarios if you have any specific questions. Any questions that I cannot answer will simply be ignored or be answered with "I don't know".

Game Mechanics
General Game Mechanics:
Unless stated otherwise in your roles, the following applies to everyone:
- Each individual ability can only be used once per cycle.
- There is no limit on the number of different abilities each player can use per cycle, provided they are high enough Rank for it and have enough number of shots.
- Sub-abilities are treated as their own separate abilities, meaning you can use as many sub-abilities of an ability in the same cycle.
- Failed shots are not refunded.
- This is an SRM game. Duplicate or very similar abilities can and will exist.
Ability Types
Abilities in this game will have various types listed before the name of the ability. Some ability types offer immunities to the ability itself that are not always documented in the roles to avoid redundancy:
The ability types with hidden immunities are:
- Innate: Innate passives or abilities are the core characteristics of the role. They cannot be destroyed, blocked, or disabled in any way possible.
- Senjutsu: Senjutsu abilities draw their power from natural energy, of which there is infinite abundance. They can only be temporarily destroyed, blocked, or disabled, but not permanently.
- Six Paths: Six Paths abilities can only be affected by Taijutsu or Senjutsu abilities, and they also can only be temporarily destroyed, blocked, or disabled, but not permanently.
Common Status Ailments
There are several status ailments in the game, some common and others more nieche. For each nieche status ailment, you can reach out to me in role PM for the full description if the provided one is not clear enough.
Descriptions of the more common ailments:
- Burn: A burn is an ability destruction. A player who is burned loses either a passive ability(ies), active ability(ies), or an X number of shots from a non-expended limited shot ability. Destroying an ability or cutting a role's usage in half has the same effect as burning.
- Interrupt: Interrupt is a weaker roleblock. It only blocks the first action carried by the target, leaving the rest unaffected.
- Crush/Disable: Crushing or disabling an ability is preventing the ability from working, but without destroying it. The difference between this and a burn is that burns are tangible and can be healed.
- Wound: A wound is a half kill. If a wounded player is targeted by another wound, they will be regular killed. A kill protection will also stop a wound application.
- Poison: Poisons are delayed kills that kill the target in 2 cycles if not healed. Regular kill protections will not save a player from poisons.
Ninja Nations and Villages
There are several nations and villages in this game. A single nation can have multiple villages under it. The highest ranked ninja in each nation is tilted "-kage" signifying their position as the leader of the nation.
Bijuu and Jinchuriki
Certain characters in the game host a tailed beast sealed inside of them. These characters are the "Jinchuriki", and the tailed beasts inside of them are called "Bijuu". The importance of these characters will become visible as the game progresses.
Ninja Ranks
Most players in the game will have a Ninja Rank. This rank determines what abilities they can use and grants them certain rank-related perks.
The official public ranks in the game from lowest to highest are:
- Academy Student - Lowest rank
- Genin - Low rank
- Chunin - low rank
- Jonin - High rank
- Kage - Kage level
The ninjas in this game are divided into 3 categories:
- Low rank ninjas - Academy Students, Genins, Chunins and any unofficial rank equivalent to them
- High rank ninjas - Jonin and any unofficial rank equivalent to them
- Kage level ninjas - Kages and any unofficial rank equivalent to them. There can only be one active Kage per nation at any given time, but other ranks can have duplicates.
Low rank ninjas do not have any special perks besides trying to increase their ninja ranks to get stronger. Typically: Academy students will undergo written exams to graduate to the next rank; Genins will undergo practical Chunin exams to graduate to the next rank; and Chunins have no exams, instead a high ranking ninja or Kage must recommend them to get promoted to Jonin.
The exams that you undergo are always a chance for you to impress the higher ups, and if you do, you increase your chances of graduation even if you failed the exam. If you perform extremely well you may even graduate multiple ranks at once!
Remember though, a ninja must always be ready for the unexpected!
What perks do high rank ninjas have?
A high rank ninja does not undergo any exams. Instead, Jonins or their equivalent supervise and guide low rank ninjas during their exams, and report their performance to the Kages.
What perks do Kages have?
Kages of each nation are powerful ninjas that oversee the nation's wellbeing and international relations with other nations, among other perks that will be visible throughout the game.
How does one become a Kage?
If a nation's Kage has died, the next highest ranking ninja from that nation will become the next Kage. If there is a tie, the one that has the most experience, that is, has been the highest rank in the village for the longest time, will become the new Kage. If there is a tie there too, it will be RNGed unless one of them concedes the title of Kage to the other. Exceptions may apply based on roles.
More on Ninja Ranks and their specific duties will make much more sense as the game progresses.
Actions Resolution Order
Actions are processed in an order that results in minimal collision. This order is only followed when there is a direct conflict between actions. Actions that are non-conflicting will all process at the same time at the end of the night. If you have any hypothetical question about the resolution order, please let me know in your role PM:
