In addition, you used their jonin rank ability.
If you limit your ability, you limit it to lower-level stuff and balance it around that.

Just from a design perspective, 10x more smooth and reasonable.

During each day phase, all players in the game can submit a bus-drive request privately in their role PMs. That is, by privately informing me that they would like to request the service of busdriving Player A with Player B.
