Also gives him too much wagon influence, also weakening wagon analysis.

If there were 9 total scum members, plus the 3 indy, then spreading out these voted would have been wise

Speaking of which, Michelle is incredibly inactive as she was in our last scum game together. From what im aware if she much prefers playing as town so her inactivity is particularly concerning
