I would assume they just have to get promoted to Kage and then they can use it on whoever they wanted. Does it specifically have to be used against a Kage?

I know, I’m asking if there’s a specific Kage he’s in line to replace. As from my character flavor Ik obviously if I die that the next higher up in my village (so Jan) would take over. I assume it’s the same for other villages but Magic isn’t in one of the main village lists so I’m not sure.

What is the logic behind hunting an Indie who happens to be Kage

There's zero proof either me, @Flower or @Fujishiro are scum yet you guys want to use one of us as the sacrificial lamb. Coincidentally me, the Kage

I mean sure I might be a bit of a noob at this game since it's my first time but are you sure you want to take out an Indie Kage?
