CakeWalker (JustJuice) is acting like scum because the name change mid game makes tracking them harder and it can muddy vote tracking. It might be innocent, and if most of you already know who they are then maybe it is not a big deal, but it still feels like unnecessary confusion.
Alexis also seems like scum to me because he keeps pushing for character name details and “middle name” type info. That could be him trying to force claims or narrow down who has what, which helps scum more than town. If he has a town reason for it, I want him to explain it clearly.

--- (Night) [Kenjutsu - Samehorca] - As a Swordsman of the Mist you possess the Samehorca, the Orca Skin sword, capable of ripping off chakra from it's victims and giving it to you. Once per night you can use this sword to slice the chakra of a player trapped inside of your Orca Belly, removing an unexpended limited shot from them and refilling a shot of Orca Belly with it.
(Night) [Ninjutsu - Water Style: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave] - Trap up to 3 players and yourself inside a large water dome for the following cycle. The trapped players can only target each other for the duration. Your Amegakure Intelligence and Torture Division passive creates a chat for you with all 3 of them in one PM where they will be informed of being trapped. [1-shot; Requires Kage Rank]
--- (Day) [Ninjutsu - 1-Tailed Bijuu Samehorca Chakra Cloak] - You have not fully mastered your Bijuu yet, but you mastered your blade. Activate during the day to fuse yourself with Samehorca and your Bijuu chakra in order to terrorize the trapped players this cycle. In each of this day and the following night you can slice one of the players trapped in your large water dome to wound them + drain 1 unexpended limited shot from them, adding it to Orca Belly. [1-shot; Requires Kage Rank]

You've lost all of your free will and are now a figure head for the Akatsuki as they pass legislations through you. You will win the game with the Akatsuki, however you are not part of their main chat. The Akatsuki are aware that the Raikage is doing their bidding for them, but you are not aware of their identities.
(Passive) [Innate - Raikage's Insanity] - During your reign as a Raikage, Kumogakure has suffered many casualties and bloodlust due to your madness that nobody knows is tragically caused by the Akatsuki's control of you. You have access to the following abilities:
--- (Night) [Raikage's Promotion Order] - Order that a player be promoted, boosting them by up to 2 Ninja Ranks. Cannot boost a player to higher than a Kage. The player will be informed that the Raikage has officially deemed them worthy of praise and responsibility, granting them 1~2 Ranks. [2-shots]
--- (Night) [Raikage's Demotion Order] - Order that a player be deranked, returning them up to 2 Ninja Ranks back. Does not work on other Kages. Cannot return a player to lower than their starting Rank. If successful, the player will be informed that the Raikage has officially deemed them unskilled enough for their position and reverted them back 1~2 Ranks. [2-shots]
--- (Day/Night) [Raikage's Veto] - Activate during the day to order that the lynch that day is vetoed, canceling it. You can instead activate this ability during the first half of the night to veto the Kage Summit's night lynch, if there is any, canceling it at the end of the night. Either usage will publicly announce that the Raikage has vetoed the lynch. Cannot be used in cycle 1. [1-shot]
--- (Day) [Ninjutsu - Will of Lightning] - The title of "A#" is passed down from one Raikage to another as they remove their speed limiters to enable running on unparalleled speeds. You are titled "A3" by the former Second Raikage "A2". Target 1 player and grant them the Raikage's approval, illegally giving them the title of "A4" without them being a Raikage. They will be informed that the Raikage's Will of Lightning has given them the title of "A4", making their actions have the top processing priority the following night. [4-shots]
(Night) [Genjutsu - Ink Spray: Octopus Painting Ink Illusion] - Target 1 player and make them scan as Akatsuki to alignment investigations. If your target has an investigative or observative role you will also give them a hidden "Insane" modifier this night, making their role return opposite results this night (For observative roles an insane watcher variant returns tracker results and vice versa). [3-shots]
(Night) [Taijutsu - Solo Bijuu Scouting] - Utilizing your position as the Raikage, you can target 1 player at night to learn if they have a Bijuu or not.--- (Passive) [Innate - Report] - If you found a Bijuu via Solo Bijuu Scouting, you'll automatically send a report to the Akatsuki informing them that the pre-processed name who you scouted has a Bijuu.
Win con (Mafia) - Cast Mugen Tsukuyomi onto the world by completing all of the following:
Stage 1 - Seal all remaining Bijuu into the Gedo Mazo to summon the Juubi
Stage 2 - Birth a Juubi Jinchuriki to evolve the Juubi into the God Tree
