orca was poisoned by kittens and scouted by akatsuki at the same time probably

it just took them more time to seal him

this.

My educated guess is that they found 2 targets to seal and decided to plis with slight delay instead of doing one as instant kill (before nightactions trigger).

So orca died and the other one get delayed by a cycle or maybe even bus driven and because of that didn't work.
Hard to tell.

Or they picked one targted with a slow seal and just used roles instead of speeding up/2nd target, but I think that is less likely.
Reducing town numbers/roles and getting further in your own wincon makes more sense.

Doesn't really mean anything, nothing wrong with focusing on town reads. There is an angle that she's avoiding conflict but I think it's too premature to go there right now.

She's still useless during the most important moments in the War Arc though, except for that Kaguya punch. I'll give her props for that scene.
