Amen to all of it (except Shanks part haha).
Among the new movies (Strong world till now) Z is the best movie by far.Z is a great villain with good backstory. He is the most fleshed out villain. Marine songs gave me chills.
Jimbe doesn't fit at all in the SH. Worst decision ever to make him join the band.
Thriller bark was cool arc and art style very very good. Even in the anime Thriller Bark is maybe the best one. Good quality and still good comedy/old vibes etc. Oars fight is one one the best style and action wise.
Skypiea is a masterpiece. One of the best character introduced : Mont-blanc Noland. His story is amazing. The golden bell at the end of the arc made me shivered for one week. The fight between the Skypieans and Shandians is great. Wiper is dope and Shandians warriors are cool with their skate, guns, dials etc . The sky island was really an adventure : new lands, new culture, dials, etc. It really embodied what One piece is. Even the knock up stream was nice. Enel was a great villain too. One of the only bad points is Enel goons : the priests were very forgettable (Except Gedatsu )
