My question is how could he have planned that far ahead and bet on that specifically if he had no knowledge of what actual rank Daniel was, and therefore would not know if his 1 vote would even promote him or not if he didn’t have access to his role sheet?

The thing is for sake of Fuji’s argument if he was Chunin to Jonin how would Saka happen to know he only needed 1 promotion vote to “frame him” unless they had access to his role sheet night 1?

I was genin, got promoted by AM became Chunin, then Shanks promoted me to Jonin. Which is why I was confused but Jan explained to me something I didnt know lol.

Fine to not claim right away if it unlocked an ability you wanted to use and stay utr or if you are a bit derpy.
