I think he is town.

He‘s refusing to full claim and help people resolve his slot and I have no tolerance for that kind of behavior honestly. We have a 9 player PoE. 2/9 players are scum. If he can clear himself then that PoE becomes a 2/8, maybe to the point that we could wrap it up this cycle.
