1. Because there’s no sign of haki use and no comment of it. Maybe they used CoA but even that’s questionable
2. It’s not. A much physically weaker giant is able to one arm press 1000 Tons. You have anything comparable to that strength wise from Big Mom who couldn’t even punch Law off of her or Kaido?
