Brad could really be paired with any of them.

Maybe not Brad/AM as a pair unless AM was just camping thread and hiding since as @Fujishiro said, Shui and Polar were both recently around and active at the time when the shop item got stolen.

Polar/Shui is technically possible but Polar started pushing for him all of a sudden last night as well.

The people that talk at night, they are Kage level. Our wincon, is that one of us has to be Kage and survive in the end and stop the mafia.

Im under AM, Flower is under Hayumi. Shanks was a linchpin but was Kage, unlikely that he would survive into late game.

The only way to become Kage is for the previous Kage to die. You cannot become Kage of another group.

Therefore AM or Hayumi have to have scum in it.

In order to be Kage the former Kage has to die.
The scum team has no reason to kill AM or Hayumi if Town.
We have to kill 9 scum on top of it.

Now how does our team win if both Kage our members can succeed are Town when our Kage is a Jinchuriki who can die any moment.
