The head of Kaido's dragon form might not even be as big as Loki's nostril and his whole dragon form might only be as long as the distance between the nostril and the tip of the horn. I think that might roughly match its size and that's absolutely ridiculous.
Giant Luffy himself might already be 50-60m tall.

I also looked back at Ch1170 where he ate the fruit and hybrid Loki should roughly be around 100m tall and it's likely that he has a huge and broad torso, big spikes, wings and tiny legs. I think in terms of body shape he will resemble Hybrid Pell a lot
I think looking back at Pell and how he moved, fought, it might actually be at what Oda aims at with Loki aswell, which I'd love tbh,
