The skip rope is a little harder to gauge because Kaido is not fully flat in XY-axis, so some length is being lost in the Z-axis.

But these are just rough estimates, I doubt Oda gives a fuck to be that precise.

Look again, giant Luffy is bigger than Dragon Kaido, look at the image of him trying to stomp on Kaido.

Bajrang Gun must be a little bigger than Loki's tooth, but it's never the size of Loki's head.

Look at the back of Dragon Kaido. All the giants look like ants on his back. All the dragon scales look like huge mountains on his back.

I think even Blazing Bagua Kaido is smaller than Dragon Loki.
