I don´t think I said anything definitive either way, lol? I only said it was ambigious, and nothing was confirmed, which is true, and is still true.

In the end the title isnt directly quoting the words of any kid so it's all headcanon and this likely was Oda's intent. Which Is why I don't understand why some are being obnoxious about it.

I mean not all kids chose their moms as the scariest when they were drawing the pics

some of them literally chose Loki and Nika. Both of whom are heavily featured this chapter and literally saved the clown moms and kids too

If you think oda wasn't doing a tongue in cheek reference to both, then you are media illiterate

Chapter 1142 that was also titled from the kids POV ("things I fear the most") opened with a scene of kids debating on who the scariest between Loki and Nika. Guess how the current chapter ended lol.

I was never intrested in titles so I wasn't going to "use" It before and neither I am now, but in the chapter there isn't a single reference to the parents being the strongest and sure as hell the proof doesn't come from a ten years old joke SBS which wasn't even talking about mothers.

Loki being stronger than Yonko , admirals , Fraudhawk and old legends has already been established in manga.
