Kid returning is the most likely by such a wide margin that I'd say it's straight up just a guarantee
Doflamingo breaking out of prison is second since it's also highly likely
Past those two I wouldn't say there are any "guarantees" left on the list
I'd go with Usopp for the third spot

All I know is Doffy isn´t coming back, and being relegated to a goofy or Buggy cheerleader after being a great villain is a fate worse then death.
Imo, it´s clearly Kidd coming back, Oda doesn´t like killing, and he has ¨Good guy¨ tax over BM. Usopp´s is too subjective and I don´t think whatever Oda does will really satisfy everyone after 15-20 years of nothing, Urouge is too late, probably a semi dropped character, and Yamato is clearly not joining.

It's just really obvious given the story we're reading. Characters rarely die (especially relevant ones) and they almost never go down in that manner
Not to mention the setup is pretty clear as well. Demaro Black cosplaying as Kidd and his crew which he did to the Strawhats right before they made a comeback, Captain John and Kidd having the same devil fruit

Not Lodestar specifically but I'd bet almost anything that Kidd shows up sooner rather than later. Not this arc but probably at the start of the next one. Though I'm in agreement with people that say even if he returns he'll be out of the race for the One Piece
