Sommers is unironically stronger then current Sanji without Regen. Especially if he's awakened. His fruits is actually pretty powerful, we've mostly just seen it used to mess around. I'd understand Zoro>>Killingham even, but Sanji isn't the guy who comes into arcs stronger than his main fight. He's barely even above Queen at this point.
