Technically any DF used by an ancient giant would be buffed. Imagine a dai funka attack but 60 times bigger than Akainu's.

It is possible other zoans have a fixed size limit like if loki ate Kaido's DF , his zoan form would be of same size as dragon Kaido's but nidhogg DF is the exception.

Size absolutely matters and always has. Size alone doesn’t determine fights but size is definitely relevant lol.

As a general bounty, 3B for subordinates it's ok. A 3B subordinate means top tier.
Also CG's bounties don't have half measures as WG's, so it's ok.

I expect subordinates with 4B to be extremely rare (one of which being Aokiji btw, but we'll see)

Good guess but I am afraid aCoC gang is a more special group of people.
If some Admirals have it, then it is another matter entirely but I doubt it.
We saw that Oda doesnt shy away from using even Admirals as hype tools for pirates with aCoC...

We'll. Sengoku was already a confirmed CoC user, so.

Maybe cuz Oda went from Doflamingo, Katakurri Big Mom and Kaido... 5 goroseis... to fucking Sommers the joke and the panty lady.

This arc would have been better with Luffy, Loki, Zoro and Sanji vs Imu and The Gorosei or Shamrock/Garling, not some joke characters below gorosei level. This is the strongest nation for fuk sake, and you made one of your main villains left early, and the other is not even there in person.

Subordinates with 4B are going to be the absolute exception. Even someone stronger than Shanks doesn't have 4B as a subordinate.

3 billion poverty bounties, not real bounties. Django’s pirate bounty was 9 million, but his CG bounty is only 1 million. CG bounties are poverty bounties.

Akainu has a poverty bounty higher than every modern pirate

If you are Admiral you are worth 3bil.
If you are Fleet Admiral, you are worth 5bil.
I dont think Cross Guild would change these bounties for Akainu...

I dont think any subordinate will ever have 4bil considering Mihawk got 3.6bil.

I think CG bounties are in line with Marine's.
Oda found a way to attach a number to Marine forces through Cross Guild.
Change in Django's bounty can be either due to CG not having a system that reflects a number such as 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 millions, because it is a small number to begin with so it can be 1 or 10, either way you are a small fry in that case.
Any Fleet Admiral will have 5bil bounty, this is not Akainu's trait...
