It can happen if Sanji kills him, but I doubt Oda would go this direction.
What I can see is Sanji beating Sommers and Imu being tired of his constant L decide to punish him by taking away his contract the same way as with Saturn
W Sommers, it required the combination of Sanji, Zoro, Luffy, and Loki in that order to take him out. Btw this order further confirms Loki > Luffy. It's usually Luffy who gets the finisher in the M3 moments, with Sanji starting it off.
