No character in One Piece is great, but Mihawk being a leech of Shanks is one of the most annoying things in One Piece for me.
It is all preference really, maybe you hate some other aspects.

But if we strip away his Leechability, Mihawk is at best slightly stronger than Vista

Nothing but the usual repeated garbage from a Low-IQ Admiral Fan who thinks he is saying something smart and has a Gotcha moment but ends up looking like a complete idiot.

First of all Shanks low diffs any admiral including Akainu
Secondly Zoro destroys any admiral including Akainu

And third Mihawk is nothing like Sanji at all because for one he has a CONCRETE portrayal of being stronger than any swordsman in history and second, nothing even close to his limit has shown. So until Oda shows him in action we can only scale him to all other swordsmen confirmed to be weaker than him be is Zoro or Fujitora or Shanks as author himself has told us Mihawk is stronger than every swordsman alive. Shanks just happens to be second strongest swordsman and Zoro is third and Fujitora is forth and so on so what ever they can do we can only assume Mihawk at his limit would do better as he is CATEGORICALLY with zero asterisks stated to be stronger than all other swordsmen. I don't even need to use additional portrayal of Mihawk fighting shanks in his prime to legendary duels, calling Shanks one armed has been, having most impressive bounty in the series, genuine black blade not fake one like Green Bull etc.


Sanji how ever has zero concrete portrayal, only two straw hats who have had an equal fight are Zoro and Luffy, only data book confirmation of strength we got ever in One Piece is Zoro = Luffy, only two characters in Straw hats to have advCoC are Zoro and Luffy and list goes on.

But all Sanji has are running gags and tentative Chicken Wings statement where no statement in entire manga states that one chicken wing has to be equal to other chicken wing in a fight.

Sanji and Zoro being wings are meant to help Luffy become Pirate King and that right there confirms Zoro > Sanji as Zoro is combat wing and Sanji is cooking wing.

Tbh never really got why you liked him, he's like the most placeholder character ever.

Maybe Oda will do insane stuff with him later but for now outside of the Void Century mystery appeal he's kinda boring

I liked the aura of mystery around him, its still there but meh It can only keep me interested for so long before I need more.

So what we thinking? More Knights or is Imu going to force a fight between Luffy and Loki? Im really hoping for the latter to not happen considering Luffy is immune to thunder and we saw him already fight Kaido lol....

I seriously hope we get more knights and a few Gorosei. If we look at the story and buildup so far there were a few points that needed to be addressed.
The HKs/MG has been pushed to recruit more forces (because of RA and BBPs?) and they came to Elbaf for this
The plan to recruit Loki failed so they resorted to kidnapping and burning the history/library
The burning was side plot while main focus were the children
They got the DR Army, the MMAs and the children
They tried to make Dorry/Broggy the new kings/leader and tried to kill Jarul (the current leader)
Now
DR Army has been dealt with (they can come back later cause them getting offscreened like that is unexpected), Jarul is safe (he was being targeted) and Zoro was able to come and protect the children (that were dropped in the village)
MMAs have been dealt with (Loki has done that)
Children have been saved (Luffy, Loki, Zoro and the MVP Sommers)

Trying to bridge the arc start, the flashback and the current and it was obvious that the kidnapping plot was never going to be the main focus (could have been the trigger and it was for angering the giants). Elbaf has declared war on WG now, Loki set out to sea for this revenge on WG and was most likely stopped by Shanks due to this (not the right time).

So we either have the main hitters (strongest HKs like Shamrock and some Gorosei) joining the fight in Elbaf or the current HKs are defeated and Elbaf attacks MG. And the latter is very unlikely because the SHPs are not going back to start of NW for this. The race is on for the OP and the only way is forward.

Orange Town, EL and MF are the only times when Luffy/SHPs have attacked a WG base and both have been for rescuing. For pirates/other villains the reason has been mostly for defeating and liberating. If the children had been kidnapped and transported to MG then we could have had an assualt on the WG base situation but now this doesnt seem possible so the enemy will likely come to Elbaf and it will be a protect the country type.

And I seriously dont want the DR Loki shit.

Guys, have you already talked about one of the most important details? The colour.

It was brought to my attention that the colour was made explicit and so we have officially narrowly escaped the risk of having Loki of some orrendous Loki pink, green, yellow, etc. This might legit be the biggest W of this chapter LOL.

Previous Nidhogg user wasnt the best suited to fight Nika tbh because Nika has lightning immunity and blunt damage immunity and those are the two main powers shown so far. Lightning Dragon and Ragnir (the hammer). The ice squirrel was probably the better element in that fight since the ACoC was probably cancelleing out.

Nah, don't be unreasonable. Loki is stronger than them, but Ragnir is ultimately just a guard and a sideshow to Loki's fruit. If Ragnir was that strong, it would be treated as just as important as Loki's fruit but it isn't.

Oda had an entire flashback to show that Harald lost to Ragnir or got overpowered, but he never really did. He simply didn't have any interest.

Ragnir > Base Harald = Base xebec = Roger/WB/Garp is factual though.

I was talking about how some people feel that we have some real devil/deities that are being shown in the mural. Human desires result in creation of DFs, spirit of Ice Squirrel entered Ragnir. Maybe spirits/desires entered fruits like this too. I just want to know who has the serpent of hell DF because that thing is even bigger than Nidhogg in the mural.

The Admirals have 3 billion CG bounties just because the CG bounty system doesn’t have other more appropriate bounties like 4 billion, they only have 3 billion and 5 billion. It is impossible for CG to issue a 4 billion berry bounty.

Be reasonable lol.
For a squirrel and weapon, Ragnir is very powerful. But there's no way he's even top 10 and maybe not even top 20. At no point in Haralds life, did we see him try, so if he ever did, he was probably just a teenager. And Ragnir is definitely not above even current Luffy, who has been hyping and impressed by Loki, but didn't say anything about Ragnir.

Ragnir might be a low top tier even.
