What's even the point of Oda introducing another century before the VC anyway lmao? It's just fluff, and it's genuinely annoying trying to distinguish between Nika and Soyboy.
But yeah, given the WG formed around 800 years ago, and Imu nerona was one of the 20 kings, he's from the second world. And Joyboy is confirmed as being born at the start of the VC, while also being the first pirate, meaning Davy Jones is also confirmed being born in the VC. There's probably another Nidhogg user in the VC who rivaled Imu back then too, maybe an evil character this time.

Well, Oda never did really get around to the moon stuff after the Enel cover story, did he? Even up until the current plot, nothing much has been done with that.
