Ragnir was happy there was someone strong enough like his last master,it’s quite literally stated more than once that Ragnir only chooses the strong i mean jarul literally said the reason why it was so feared was because of ragnir guarding it.

I don’t know what you’re trying to imply that ragnir only chose Loki because Loki made Ragnir happy lol? I don’t get it just accept that Loki is strong bro i don’t get what you achieve by denying this lol.

Ragnir didn't explain why it was happy or why it would be happy with a less strong guy right in front of Harald.

I used Ctrl+F for the word "only" and it didn't show up in my post. I also didn't see where I said Loki wasn't strong. I can certainly buy the idea that he is/was as strong as the Harald we saw clash with Rocks. Stronger is possible but there's no reason to really assert that because what Harald said is irrelevant to the period where he didn't want to eat the DF

@Fn Lucci i guess it’s kinda hard it even was for me to believe Loki was this strong naturally without any training or haki blooms and at 16 years old was already stronger than hundreds of generations of Ancient giant kings.But to me Loki seems to be some sort of mutant

Mutant checks out with whatever the hell is going on with his eyes. If someone said he's the strongest giant ever short of the Oars generation or Domi Reversi, I think it's pretty reasonable. And I talk up Kaido's strength to the high heavens, but for one thing Loki has an objectively stronger power.

Giants can live 300 years. Let's say the average king reigns 200 years, that means it would only have been 4 or 5 kings since void century. So ragnir only denied a few kings.

And yes ragnir was stronger than them and prevented them from eating the fruit. But ragnir is also stronger than Loki. It allowed Loki to eat the fruit, that's the difference.
