Controversial Who needs a power up the most

Greetings Worst Degenerates I have another question for you today

What character do you think is most in need of a power up and just so I don't habe a thread full of Usopps

Lets make it no strawhats

Imo I think the person most in need of a power up is Tashigi and I think when it comes to strength shes the most fumbled character

It would of been much much better for both her story and Zoro's Story if they where actually relative in strength and Tashigi had the power to back up her dream of collecting all the supreme blades

I'd like to see Alvida getting a strong power-up. She is a interesting character with his Devil Fruit, and Oda can be creative if he wants. Plus she is still around with Cross Guild.

Smoker legit is the most disrespected character in the story

A legitimate threat pre TS (carried by Logia Reflex but still) became an absolute joke in the post TS

Dude lost 3 times in one arc and then proceeded to fade into irrelevancy

Coby, Sabo and Lucci are some of the most impressive characters in the series. All are first and foremost haki men with a bit of Rokushiki/Dragon Style.

Sabo has since added the Mera Mera which gave him an impressive boost, he will get even stronger when awakened.

Lucci has recently awakened his Leopard fruit and is definitely around YC1-level.

If Coby gains a decent DF, say if Kizarus fruit became available or any other fruit of such a calibre, dude will in time surpass Prime Garp. He seems to be more of the ultimate apprentice than Aokiji whose level is almost FA.

Smoker has of course made great progress but I can't see him ever becoming stronger than a normal Admiral, Green Bull level. No shame at all, just lower ceiling.

To be fair, him losing to Doflamingo wasn't that crazy. He was already heavily injured due to fighting Vergo beforehand, and Vergo himself is far below PH Law, who's also decisively below Doflamingo.
Smoker didn't have a snowball's chance in hell at even pushing Doflamingo to a low diff tbh.

King not only had Lunarian defense he had incredible speed and flight

It was an up hill battle for Zoro because King had so much gimmicks going for him but once Zoro figured him out and unlocked the way to deal with Lunarian defense King was cooked

It was an up hill battle for Zoro because King had so much gimmicks going for him but once Zoro figured him out and unlocked the way to deal with Lunarian defense King was cooked

He didn't get knocked out, but he looked like he was down to about, 10%, while we saw King take an ACOA+ACoC attack with the flame off and not be nearly as affected as Lucci was against an attack that's likely weaker.

Yeah, fair point. Weird how, iirc, he's got the most "losses" against a Warlord, if you count him getting his jitte snapped in half and basically being forced to stand down by Hancock as a loss.
I hope Oda vindicates him by having him give Crocodile a tough fight later on.

He wasn't really evenly matched their devil fruits just canceled each other out and at that time Haki hadn't been established Ace was just blocking him from chasing Luffy and the strawhats
