this logic does not work against magic users that can summon more opponents when ever they want. we have also to ask our self who the giants gonna fight. like there is no way Zoro gonna 500v1 sommers with 2 1.8b bounty giants that were able to fight much stronger gorosei

The latter is the more likely option.
Also Sommers will probably come back very soon, be hopeful you get Zoro, Luffy, and Loki vs Imu and the Demon Giants, and not Zoro vs Sommers.

Sommers has no thematic link, not even a No. 2/RHM vibe. On the contrary the whole love thing tied him up as a Sanji opponent.
He has already been hypetooled which is unlike previous Zoro opponents. For now he seems defeated with his DF ability failing (Kids got free from thorns).
Unlike Lucci who was up the next minute I don't think Sommers will be back so quickly. He has been defeated for now. There is no point in him being Zoros fight cause if he comes back then he wont get scarred like Lucci was by Zoro (the difference after end of Luccis fight against Luffy ans Zoro is night and day). And Oda ain't gonna have Zoro kill him on screen so it will be just another long knockout.
There is always a possibility that we find out he has some super hax ability or Zoro becomes the first to permanently scar a HK. I mean no one expected King to have better dura than Kaido the invincible in Wano.
