The MMA monsters in question dwarf Elbaf mountains but on this panel, they're drawn like normal giants next to Franky and Jimbei.
I mean, wouldn't Oda be able to draw Franky and Jimbei like ants next to these monsters? Or draw some small text bubbles next to their position with their face in it to show their actual attack in real scale.

Oda's size inconsistency is legit the worst among the big shonen mangas lol.

I believe he's super strong when he has large water sources nearby but that's the thing: It's highly situational. Jimbei would be nerfed af in Alabasta but he would be super strong in a small island surrounded by the ocean.
What does it mean? Would it be possible if Jimbei learns to create his own water source someday? Or is it impossible without a DF? I mean, kind of... So how would Jimbei get rid of that???

Definitely is. With the cola his strong right is comparable to Water Jinbes strongest attack.

In raw power I don't think Jinbe will get much stronger, he's in his forties and has been NW veteran for like twenty years. He might learn new fishman karate skills though
