I like both characters, and imo if Oda wants to depict them as Luffy's wings/right and left hand/parallel to Ray and Gaban, he should invest in BOTH character development and cool feats here and there for BOTH Sanji and Zoro.
But so far Sanji gets a second backstory arc, while Zoro's family is revealed in SBS, and Zoro gets to tank freaking Kaido, yet Sanji hasn't had a decent 1-vs-1 fight since forever. All the panels he could dedicate to cool stuff for our chicken wings, he spends in ice oni virus, VP satellites, Sommers perv faces... In the end, it's Oda's manga and he's going to write it the way he wants, I cannot influence that. But I have a right to comment and call out unfair treatment for SHP, especially post-TS.

As I said, Sasaki and the vice admirals also use haki, and Franky defeated them even before his current power-up.
Super Cola should be good enough to get past Jinbe's defense.
