Sentinel won because of how GV sunk, but essentially set himself up at the same time. GV sinking is the peak of OP power pretty much, taking 3 top tiers to accomplish that with one of them being DR´ed. At best, Loki can hope to do that by himself. Nothing in OP will ever reach continental in power though, it´s pretty obvious. Even Soyboy´s haki is just covering an island.
The scaling gets inconsistent, the top of the verse in Naruto shit on the top of the verse in One Piece.
