Basically it is all the energy existing in Naruto earth
For anything in One Piece to compare, it should have the power to absorb all haki on the plant

In the past Naruto fans always said that One Piece characters can´t bypass immortal powers of Naruto god tiers, that argument is done for good now.

Second based on feats, Juubi was stalled by Characters who are way below Loki powerlevel, also as Sentinel said, he is mindless and can´t control himself, this time there are no Obito or Madara who control him or use the Shinju tree to feed him with chakra...

Juubi is overhyped, yet his best feat is compariable to Loki first real attack from his Dragon form.
