For a more concrete reason, he‘s having fun and partly gimmick posting that he’s done in Blue Lock as Town and also in FE. He’s also oblivious to certain things like why tagging people might be considered scummy. As scum he’s more image conscious and self-aware, he’s stiff AF and can’t post to save his life. There you have it.

Is this for bitter? If so, because I'm reading back I'm softening towards him because he's sick, makes it easy to reconcile his play more. Don't mind Cal so far either.

I did see some of that briefly, my question really is why do you think as scum he decides to make an enemy out of you when you're otherwise town read? That's an open question because I don't know him very well, but I'm going to need some sort of character profile that justifies why he would do that. Positionally it feels like suicide?

I do think the best bet today is to eliminate an unreadable slot, maybe not a hard inactive because they can be replaced, but a slot that would make themselves hard to read ala yoho, reloaded. Pot usually can be better which is why what he's providing currently is the most cause for concern for me.

I'm not though, it's more that I need an explanation to rationalise his behaviour before I conclude he's scum for it. AT the end of the day any town read I give is only ever going to go so far, I find it unlikely that scum, and again I'm speaking generally here, would go after you when you have a pretty good thread standing and can very easily turn it on them. For example, my argument might get him through day 1, but day 2? 3? At some point the piper needs to be paid, it's just not a very good strategy because he's made an enemy out of you for the whole game while buying a tenuous read that doesn't really shield him for long.

That's not to say I agree with him, mind. I think the lack of you excusing yourself from the thread to lurk outside of it is a pretty clear indicator of "energy" for you, just because I don't think he has to be scum for it doesn't mean I'm going to let him lynch you.

I think AlwaysMind *can* make himself look very townie when he wants, he's closer to Pot Goblin in that respect than a Yoho or a Reloaded. Seldom he does however so I tend to agree he should be in there.

Anyhow, my take on TAG/Juliet/Nao is that they’re all probably just Town. TAG‘s initial sus on Juliet seems to be based on a misunderstanding. I like his posts, I don’t agree with some of his takes, but I can see where he’s coming from. Juliet just feels solvy and hits some of the tells she usually had as Town from what I remember, like using mech to solve and generally the way she forms reads. Nao is just her standard Town self. I feel she’s a bit unfair to TAG at times because she expects him to know how Juliet plays, but he obviously doesn’t. But that’s just how Townies think sometimes. He doesn’t know anyone here and works with what he has on his own pace. Which is just newcomer Town behavior imo.

I mean, he basically admitted he had no reason and that he was just trying to get me worked up. Which frankly is just trash behavior because I asked people on MU to stop doing that. I‘m not so hard to read that you need to resort to that to get a read on me, like ever. Just watch how I play, who I‘m pushing, who I‘m defending. It’s really that easy.
