The only specific claim Law made was about Stealth Black's ability to vanish by projecting backgrounds by means unexplained in the story. One doesn't need high tech science to vanish in One Piece, and we know Queen specifically credits Judge for Germa abilities including invisibility.

Queen also stated that the Raid Suit abilities are “Germa Science” not “Judges science” which is what he attributes the exoskeleton to. Judge is right about the change in germa though, his cloning technology.

Stealth is the name of a high speed movement technique. There's no reason to assume it's specific to Niji in the first place.

I said the Raid Suits of 300 years ago weren't 1:1 to the Raid Suits of today.

I can only assume you think the Germa of 300 years ago used the same Raid Suits because of the comic strip, but it's clear to me those are not 1:1 depictions.

The Germa used older incarnations of the Raid Suit but they were evidently not as advanced. Not only would the contrary imply Germa technology stagnated for at least 300 years without evidence and further undermine Judge's genius, Judge specifically called out Sanji's lack of familiarity with functionalities owing to the advancements developed through warfare.

If you look at the context of the chapter. Judge is talking about what gave him the win in that fight, replaceable clone soldiers since immediately after his speech about progress and Germa enhancement he utilized the completely loyal clone soldiers.

The raid suits have never been stated to have advanced. And no, Sanji is able to go fast enough to become invisible, the “Stealth” technique is identical to what Queen did where he used the ability of Stealth Black. Why do you think Niji yelled stealth before he disappeared as if triggering an ability like Henry needle

What Niji did here is akin to teleportation, which is different from Sanji being able to disappear for a while by being in constant movement. Niji never displayed that ability, which is a bigger feat that requires greater speed and stamina.
