im like 90% sure york is indy with the role he's claimed lol, outside chance of mafia. there's about 5 people claiming vig shots so far plus my duel

last game was a bit different setup (craft your role), but Town had

2 shot vig
1 duel
kill someone who visits you

just FYI I'm told Fuji balances these things anyway

Can someone please tell me who the "keep my target from being protected bit is ever a town ability?
It got kind of glossed over at the time.

It makes a lot of sense as scum ability to make sure someone who was a wagon and claimed a pr can always die in the night.
I see 0 use for this to be a town ability (unless it includes a vigshot for some reason).

I mean, i can steal someone's protection for example. Which is scummy af but it's really similar

Maybe you can clarify with the host what your "confusion" actually does?

Perhaps it in some way contributed to losing the RPS? Either way, I think it's generally important to understand an ability before using it. You wouldn't want to accidentally boost scum or hinder town.

I don't think that if scum she'd partner with any of these (I don't suspect her much now anyway)

As town, she is more likely to get into a screaming match.

That and she will not check in as scum if someone she would need to defend gets run up and she has an excuse to be busy. :D

This is indeed a wise saying. I've often found that scum will concoct the flimsiest of excuses to town-read someone: because they have TMI, it does not behove them to do 'real work' to prove their town-reads.

Coincidentally, this is partially why I hate "XYZ is town for meta" reads. It's a lazy way for scum to appear right that few people will question if it's actually true.
