There's not much of a difference between the Yonko and the Admirals, tbh, anyone who thinks otherwise has just been brainwashed by powerscaling agendas.
4 Admirals (including the FA) = Four Emperors. It fits perfectly.
Not to say every Admiral beats every Emperor or every Emperor beats every Admiral, but they're still typically on the same level of power. Maybe Primebeard could high diff one of the Admirals though, since he's been differentiated from the other Yonko multiple times, even by Big Mom who herself is an Emperor.

I mean, even if you want to argue from an in-universe perspective that Shanks couldn’t actually know if the alliance was fully recovered or not, the point still stands that from an out-of-universe perspective, it doesn’t really make sense for Oda to write that dialogue if Shanks was just wrong. You’re pretty much arguing that Oda is lying to to the readers for no good reason. Besides, didn’t Momo also state that they were still recovering?
You can recover beyond being literally unable to fight is my point, which is pretty clearly the case for the alliance. The SHP like taking their time to relax a bit at the end of every arc, and I guess it´s a pirate thing in general. Arguing that anyone was going after hospital patients is just plain dishonest.
And do you think Oda is lying to the audience by having Shanks say he isn´t going to accuse Aramaki of fighting dirty? Nah, we just need to look at the whole context of the situation instead of focusing on every single throwaway line

That is always blown out of proportion. Aramaki simply said he respects him, and still ignored his orders twice.
I don't see any other charater being underselled for that bar Aramaki. Luffy fanboying over Shanks --> no problem; Loki admiring Rocks --> super; Kaido had a whole lot of models --> ok.

Koby fanboys over Luffy yet we know he'll eventually be able to push him to extreme diff too. It's not about fanboying, really.
Also, Big Mom literally lumps Shanks with Kaido casually and then proceeds to say "even Whitebeard" as if to put Whitebeard on a level above both Kaido and Shanks.
Shanks also barely has a bounty above Blackbeard. I don't see why he's meant to be special (in terms of power level) compared to the other Yonko. Nothing in the story suggests it.

My guy, is there even any legitimate argument left for Roger > Shanks? Shanks’s Haki was straight up placed on the same level as Joyboy’s. Roger and Garp needed to team up to extreme diff DR Xebec, who’s Haki was at best on par with Joyboy’s based on the solo skysplit feat. Shanks’s Haki should be at least comparable to DR Xebec’s
Shanks doesn't have control over his Haki to the degree people like Roger or Joyboy do, it was leaking out when he went on Whitebeard's ship. Also..
Either Shanks wasn’t going all out against WB, or Oda just retconned Shanks’s Haki to be on another level. Pick your poison

Bounties of the same organisation show the order of the fighters in strength, that's why we have King as someone stronger than Queen who is stronger than Jack based on their bounties scholar.
RA is whole organisation with their members having bounties on their head, and the order of their bounties show their strength from the weakest to the strongest.
You ain't comparing bounties between organisation but between the members of the same organisation to know their order of strength accurately.
