My Rej spew analysis. I Waited a little before looking at it so that my eye would be fresher. It's more informative than I was expecting.
Given that Rej had been sucking up to Alexis all Day 1, and that York was not actually "policy voting" Alexis, I think York is mildly spewed not-paired with Rej from this interaction. In the second quote, Rej doesn't even read York's statement correctly. It's just a reason to unvote to make it look like reconsidering.
This interaction unpairs ginger with Rej, though the stronger element of that comes from ginger, who questions that validity of Rej giving Juliet a pat on the head for some reads that are very surface level and thread-temperature. Scum-ginger would not call out scum-Rej like this, given how Rej was already a low game presence and starting to accrue some suspicion.
I want to say this is a slightly good look for Relo as well, because Rej uses that same sort of "buddying" language on Reloaded as he does on Alexis. Not as strong a read though, because I think this is literally the first time Rej mentions him. I suspect this is part of the "fake lack of information" facade that I pointed out yesterday.
I remember seeing this post but not thinking much of it at the time, however, the full-on shade of me in the first line should be fairly clearing, and I actually think this does fairly spew Juliet town as well, because his treatment of her was like subtle encouragement in her suspicion of me - this more likely comes from scum-on-town than scum-on-scum signal boosting.

This is also a slightly good look for Ratchet. "Just tell me who to vote for" sounds like the appeasement behaviour gingerbread spoke of previously. It sounds like Rej is approaching Ratchet from the position of knowing he's town.
It's weird that Rej says he hasn't read anything from Crying, because just a few posts earlier, he'd dropped a naked vote on Crying. So I think this looks mildly unpairing.
