I'm on phone so too lazy to go back and find the exact post, but it had to do with him reading my slot as strong town despite juice having posted only 5 times and me having given an activity excuse and not posting agn (until after his reads post)

he could've easily just said the activity excuse from me was sus or that juice was sus and ran with it and no one would've batted an eye abt it

orca and I also r not fond of each other and I have no doubt he would be more than happy to vote me up at the ever so slightest sus of me as its happened game after game

given that he chose to strong town my slot, if he were scum that kinda just removes a potential mislynch option off the table for him to explore, making his life a bit harder

hence I think its more likely he's town than scum and his read of juice is genuine
Rdk also pointed out earlier this phase that orca said he had a theory abt juice and that he followed up on said theory which resulted in the strong town read of my slot after id subbed in. following thru with a theory is more townie than not imo

Kinda tempted to just vote tepig. Idk if I’ll be back by deadline and you likely won’t need my vote to get orca if people decide to go that way but a counterwagon probably does

I don’t think York gets lynched even tho they’re probably my 2nd preferred direction and then I’d have tepig after that I think

The way he approached York, for example. He was defending her in a way that felt like he really meant it and wasn’t slimy. Also him having a soft spot for Indie Shopkeepers. I think York is Town or Indie as well and don’t really think he‘d get involved like that as scum. That’s what gave me this feeling among other things.

But well…

@Jan I think I get what you mean wrt Yoho. If he‘s scum here he‘d also be with Rej and the two had a mutual distancing dynamic going on between them in Frieren. The only thing I feel is still missing here, however, is a certain bite Yoho usually has as Town and he isn’t really poking at people. Wouldn’t call him Town based off that.

Given that Rej had been sucking up to Alexis all Day 1, and that York was not actually "policy voting" Alexis, I think York is mildly spewed not-paired with Rej from this interaction. In the second quote, Rej doesn't even read York's statement correctly. It's just a reason to unvote to make it look like reconsidering.



This interaction unpairs ginger with Rej, though the stronger element of that comes from ginger, who questions that validity of Rej giving Juliet a pat on the head for some reads that are very surface level and thread-temperature. Scum-ginger would not call out scum-Rej like this, given how Rej was already a low game presence and starting to accrue some suspicion.



I want to say this is a slightly good look for Relo as well, because Rej uses that same sort of "buddying" language on Reloaded as he does on Alexis. Not as strong a read though, because I think this is literally the first time Rej mentions him. I suspect this is part of the "fake lack of information" facade that I pointed out yesterday.



I remember seeing this post but not thinking much of it at the time, however, the full-on shade of me in the first line should be fairly clearing, and I actually think this does fairly spew Juliet town as well, because his treatment of her was like subtle encouragement in her suspicion of me - this more likely comes from scum-on-town than scum-on-scum signal boosting.



Another gingerbread unpairing comment here.



An unpairing read, particularly from Jan's side of the conversation.



This is also a slightly good look for Ratchet. "Just tell me who to vote for" sounds like the appeasement behaviour gingerbread spoke of previously. It sounds like Rej is approaching Ratchet from the position of knowing he's town.



It's weird that Rej says he hasn't read anything from Crying, because just a few posts earlier, he'd dropped a naked vote on Crying. So I think this looks mildly unpairing.



Another post in favour of Reloaded.



These players are probably actually town.

Naomi/Melkor, Jan, York, Crying, Juliet, gingerbread, me: town from spew
Reloaded, Flower, Ratchet: probably town from spew, but with less confidence from me

Some good observations, not fully confident on some od these unpairings though. Scum sussing other scum is standard play. Was Ginger consitently pushing Tej?
