I had the slot as towny before the duel, but his posts give a defeated town vibes.

There is no uprising. No fight. Does not feel like wifom to me either.
Just a guy on his last breath.

How would you think he’d react if he were scum that had received 0 votes to win lol? What’s the differentiation between defeated town vs defeated scum in your mind?

Pot is someone who would be usually calm in that situation regardless of alignment i feel though.

You townread Pot more than Anime Man nów? I am not convinced by that choice of duel target.

I disliked the duel target a lot.

If pot is town, then this is a great way to get him out instead of a lot of other slots.
(If I am wrong and pot is scum, then great of Animeman)

But there are 5-10 slots I would have duelled instead of pot, and going for a potential protective role instead of any other Poe target is a red flag to me.
Pot was not gonna die today and would have gotten another chance to confirm himself if not for this duel.

Dying for your target is the worst protective role of all time, it’s hardly gonna be a priority to get rid of for scum. I was also trying to get others’ thoughts on who to duel, it’s not my fault you weren’t around. He’s also had 2 nights to confirm himself by actually protecting the most obvious targets and yet he didn’t, as you pointed out and seemed to have issue with yourself.

I just got home so haven't been kept abreast of what's been happening. I noticed you asked if anyone messed with gingerbread or Orca? I visited gingerbread on N1 for beneficial "good noodle" reasons, but did not visit him on N2, and have never visited Orca.

His play has been similar before.
But that time he came around last minute and had a proper Poe and legacy showing a lot of thought before got roasted.

That’s pretty damning, I feel like he’s been around and saw orca was most likely gonna get limmed which is probably why he hasn’t bothered trying to do anything

I also left you a bread-crumb in case it was required. If you look at my Day 2 read-list, you'll notice that I mention I'll "double down" on my town-read. The "double" is the crumb.

Fuji jails aren't always full isolation jails, he changes it by game. There have been jails where it blocks everything which is his default, but he's also had just the protect/roleblock version which is what we traditionally use on WG. I assume Orca did specify which one it was?

On pot, I'm sticking to my read. He claimed self resolving by d4 which is reasonable with bodyguard and his claimed usage was pretty good for town.

BTAM's usage of the duel is terrible considering he listened to some of my scum reads and went against the thread to duel the claimed town bodyguard

How did I go against the thread? This is nonsense. Please back it up
