Why on earth would he lie? You think he he took a gamble on you doing nothing and/or being visited in a game with a million roles? You think he missed you already claiming that you received something N1 and/or his whole team either missed it or decided to just not help him?

I don't know, but I wasn't on his suspect list d1 plus I don't know why he would be tampered with if he didn't claim anything and was a nullspot. I'm debating for and againsts. Could be that this claim was being prepared quickly, and me receiving something might have been missed, because it wasn't talked much that I received something.

The better argument is posed by Ratchet and Flower, on why he didn't use the opt in with weakened Jailed.

I think BTAM is likely town and I have a sneaking suspicion that Goblin may be too.

However, Goblin has been in several PoEs today, and several people have said they would be willing to lynch him.

I suspect that if BTAM loses the duel, Goblin will simply me mislynched tomorrow. Unless he can clear himself, but his ability to body-guard the night kill has been suspiciously lacking so far.

In terms of damage control I would rather see how people scramble for new scum-reads tomorrow if Goblin flips town today.

(and if doesn't actually flip town, we at least have BTAM cleared).

Sometimes damage control feels bad, but it's all we can do.
