You are saying Who's Who can't solo the Straw Hats(I'm assuming pre timeskip based on the reply to @Monster Zoro's Tesla Supplier) but then at the same time you also downplay Who's Who because of him comparing himself to pre timeskip Lucci.

Pre timskip Lucci we know would solo the entire pre timeskip Straw Hats with the exception of Luffy, Who's Who who compared himself to pre timeskip Lucci would do the same.

You could maybe make some arguments for Zoro and Sanji, but even then I still don't know, if Zoro and Sanji(Pre timeskip) can't defeat Lucci, then I doubt they are able to defeat Who's Who either.
