Oda's constantly flip flopping between the reasons for how to get rid of Domi Reversi. At first it was just using a mass of Haki, then it was killing them (this would mean Xebec's family survived which obviously isn't the case), and now it's.. Whatever Chopper did to get rid of it.
I doubt Oda's going to give us a good explanation for how Chopper did it. He's just writing anything right now

There is zero tension right now, This isn't another Arlong Park, Alabasta or Ennies Lobby scenario, not even a Thriller Bark scenario...Freaking Absalom wasn't treated as poorly as Sommers and Killingham.. They are nothing but plot devices and exposition tools lmfao and you're lucky that Gunko was spared by being turned into Imu's personal vessel before getting treated the same way.

If Oda just wanted to write them out of the story to focus on Imcel, that´s not impossible, and I would take my L, but nothing that´s happened since the flashback has really changed my mind. I never said either would be crazy strong, just above the literal fertilizer diff victims, which isn´t really impossible.

We are deep into the arc and there is no tension, no stakes, that little bitte of threat left all tracks down to their regeneration gimmick and how to deal with it permanently - that's it really.

Killingham seemingly is in agony and getting restrained after a single kick from Sanji, that's not how Oda has been portraying a YC1+ threat, or even someone like Queen
