Something has been on my mind, this is the first time someone calls Luffy Nika in front of Loki. Loki has been a Nika ''fan'' since he was a kid and thought it was Xebec. I do wonder if there will be some reaction from Loki or something next chapter. To be clear I mean a question mark bubble or the like.

Because Imu did just address Luffy as Nika.

Its an odd plot point tbh because the giants seem to know what Nika looks like given the children dreamed about one so Loki theorically should know too or was he too isolated to know? Hes not reacting to Luffy at all which is weird given how he seemed to be such a fan of Nika as a kid.

I noticed this too,he should have known that’s Luffy is nika based off of elbaf legend. Maybe there was some prophecy regarding Loki being the one who destroyed the world and he misinterpreted it as him being the sun god who brings the world to an end with niddhog being someone else
That wouldn’t make sense tho as niddhog is described a huge black lightning dragon which Loki is.

I’m assuming he just doesn’t care yet and will have to see Luffy prove himself to him that he is against imu or something.
or maybe he has the tales mixed up lol

I agree he should know how nika looks,Luffy even does the laugh and the white form was mentioned by Ripley last chapter which Loki saw.

I doubt it since a user of the Niddhog fruit either fought JB or the OG Nika so the parralel would be that they mightve been enemies turned allies but thats about it.

And their fruits are portrayed on the same level he’s not worshipping Luffy lol.
