Monday access are people that can *easily* get hardcore fucked. because they belong to inner circle.

Thursday is much harder to track because they have to check every single store they ship the jump out on wednesday/thursday. Which is impossible (remember, alone tokyo has 38 million inhabitants and jump gets shipped everywhere there thursday since printing company is also in tokyo (just like jump))
