Pretty much you dont need even japanese for it from the context of the story given sanji out of those 3 is the only one that knows lokis story means he already knows you can kill a HK

My understanding is that Zolo and Luffy are both equally important because they both are included in the Supernova lineup, which is why they both acquired Conqueror's Haki.

Eustass Kid is equally on both of their levels for having Conqueror's Haki.

This line "息の根を止める方法はあるらしいんだが 。。。" is not that deep.
In simple way to understand, it means "it seems there is a way to kill them for good but ..." which means that Sanji simply repeated what he had heard [from Gaban, that a power is needed to defeat/kill them permanently (conqueror haki)]. Sanji was just replying to Franky's question.
For now it's just that.

However, if you look at it more deeply, the final word “ga” (which means “but…”) suggests that this may not be the only way to defeat them. What they did here is effective in stopping them (tying them up or cutting their bodies), but it doesn’t eliminate them completely. If someone frees them, they could regenerate and come back.
