So, now that I have nothing left to give, it's time for me to claim my actions.
I am
Blissey, one of those pink pokemon that I am not particularly enamoured with.
I had the following abilities:
Soft Boiled (2 shots): Target a player and give them double-actions for that night
N1 target - gingerbread
N2 target - Ratchet
Echoed Voice (2 shots): Target a player and echo their next action. It will happen again the next night, but with reduced effectiveness. Except for kills.
N1 target - Crying
N2 target - hime
Unlocked... Covet: Target a player. If die that night, you will receive their role abilities as one-shots.
Targeted: Charlie. But he didn't die last night, so it was wasted.
Now, with regards to
responses to my actions.
Gingerbread's response to soft-boiled was immediately townie. By confirming something had "given him something beneficial" he let me know that my action had gone through just. I knew that I had not been role-blocked, redirected or had my action otherwise interfered with. His response is town because it gave me valuable information - the one thing that scum wish to deprive us of.
Ratchet's response was not immediately townie. He didn't claim that he had received anything beneficial. I had to prompt him to see if "anything had happened to him that night", to which he replied yes, but it wouldn't come into effect until the next day (or something along those lines). This leads me to believe that Ratchet was potentially unaware of what I had done to him, which in turn causes me to suspect I may have been blocked or jailed (unlikely redirected, because some scum would potentially have received the double-shot boost and communicated this info to Ratchet). However, please see the caveat below.
I targeted Crying for N1 Echoed Voice because I TR'd him at the time (and still do somewhat, if I'm honest). I had a minor panic when he said towns shouldn't target him because he had a passive ability to destroy abilities if he was targeted. That's why I grilled him about what he meant when he said anti-town role, and also why I wanted Lord Melkor to "weigh in" on certain situations - I wanted to see if "echoed voice" caused him/Naomi slot to be PR'd two days in a row. The fact that it wasn't tells me that either his "next action" picked after I gave my night targets to host *wasn't* the PR ability, or the "reduced effectiveness" of my ability caused it to not happen.
On N2 I targeted hime for this ability. I had good feelings about her opening posts, similar to what someone else (Jan, I think?) said about you can feel her being drawn in against her will, which is quite a town thing to do. Also I figured nobody would really suspect me wanting to target hime with anything, as I had her in my null list at the time.
CAVEAT: If me targeting Crying caused my "Soft Boiled" ability to be destroyed after I used it on ginger (it was my first action in my queue) then Ratchet may not have received anything from me. However, Ratchet did confirm something happened to them, so that needs to be investigated.
I do not know if
@hime would be aware of her action repeating, that may be something she has to claim in order for us to know what abilities she used on which players, so we can deduce if any were "echoed" from N2 to N3.
