Yep, if Imu underwhelms or is slapped around, or is treated like the gorosei, I'll default to Teach as FV.

Him getting Imu's abilities would also answer the issue people have with his crew being "too weak" for a FV by granting them all strenght boost + immortality. Like he could give the likes of Shiryu a Gorosei tier covenant
