Mihawk is a major member of a Yonko(filler) crew, and has been a pirate for 24 years, becoming infamous for being a marine hunter around that time as well. But sure, I don´t have an issue with 4 billion

I mean, numbers don't tell the exact power difference, but having PK in the 5B tier, I'd say symbolically gods should be on the 6-7B tier.

Loki war probably fine around 2.6 for what he is known for and his threat level. Now, if he becomes King of Elbaph and gains Dorry and Brogy as his #1-2 + all other semi-impressive characters except Hajrudin with crew he enters 4.0-4.5B territory. Ad his DF and he might enter 4.5-5B territory.

Loki has been very impressive but Mihawks feats
and portrayal still holds up. No scars, no defeats. One man army that hunted Marines, reached WSS 20 years ago, wielding the worlds strongest blade that he also turned black and whose only rival was 2 armed Shanks.

There are reasons Mihawk, Shanks, Dragon, BB, Akainu are still rather unknown battle forces that we only have seen glimpses off. Those 5 are all 40-55 years old, absolute PRIME in OP terms.

Now that we know Imu didn't even know Loki was the one attacking the Navy, probably 4.5-5B. Shanks probably saved his life bcz if Imu learned it was Niddhog he would've packed him up at that time, but now he's even stronger.

The thing is that I feel like they would know of Loki's existance if Shanks was given Yonko status through his defeat. They just weren't aware he was connected to the Dragon and Imu is only putting two and two together right now.

On the flip side I'm not sure why he'd be given a special bounty. But assuming it doesn't involve the Nidhogg then it could easily be 4b at least.

Stronger? Maybe when he gets back to full health but for now Loki is heavily nerfed

Why is Base Xebec not also a 100?
