I had this argument earlier though. I was confused when I saw my role and had to double check it myself. It says gym leader and Silver characters. Hence, Elite Four, who technically aren't gym leaders.
He hard claimed, so should just be confirmed Town. Also derped that he didn’t know scums don’t have a faction kill on top of that, so he seems double cleared.
