I mean, Zoro used CoC in Wano, but we got a confirmation about it from Gaban in Elbaph, so 2 arcs later. It means that even with the setup for Sanji to unlock CoC powers, it might be delayed.

Well, with Oda's inconsistencies in drawing and using haki it was nice to have a character in the story confirm that it was indeed a haki feat.

As much as Luffy is (rightfully) hated in the more dedicated circles, he's so the most popular amongst casuals and normies. They love G5 and think it's peak.
A real poll would still have Luffy as no1, at worst no2 below Zoro

It was already confirmed in Wano, technically. Just because the characters don't straight up say "Oh my gawd did he just use CONQUEROR'S HAKI??? HE USED THE COLOR OF THE SUPREME KING?? FRIGGIN HAOSHOKU HAKI??? HE KNOCKED THEM OUT WITH KING'S HAKI!!!??? AYOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BROOOOOOOO" doesn't mean it wasn't confirmed imo. Kaido and King's comments were enough of a confirmation alongside him KOing fodders.
