Multiverse General Who is The Best Villain in This Group?

Toguro- meh his brother was the bigger villain tbh
Aizen- from what I been told he was an amazing villain but I never been into bleach and only know about him via word of mouth so can't rank him properly
Meruem- I mean was he really even a villain? He was more akin to an animal eating its prey than an actual villain there was no malicious intent in his actions it was mainly instinct best character on this list but I wouldn't categorize him as a villain
Griffith- all I know about him is he is an emo edge lord
Pain- kinda meh Madara is a much better pick pain had one good speech but hes pretty run of the mill
Freiza is probably the best villain here ruled entire galaxies, wiped out entire species, and has is still a major threat to this day
Dio- habent seen past Jojo part one dio was a dick head but kinda just had beef with the Joe stars not universe ruling tyrannical overlord like frieza
