Future Events Whats the chances Zoro is gonna fight Imu ?

"muh uh Kaido doesn't have a reason to face Zoro muh uh"
Idk why you feel the need to use that disgusting word but the obvious difference is that Zoro had a reason to fight Kaido. He specifically stated that as a goal. No one in this situation has any understanding of Imu... the closest in that regard is Sanji's group because Killingham is talking so much.

Whether Imu's malady affects his time or not, it's clear that he has a very specific focus here.

Zoro fans declared that Zoro will fight Kaido before Zoro himself said it, before we got more 'context'. This might literally be the same scenario.

Oda can give Zoro a 'reason' to face Imu in the blink of an eye, something like... I don't know, him being the strongest enemy and the biggest threat in Elbaf right now? And if I'm not mistaken, Zoro's group is actually closer to Imu. Could be wrong since it's been a while since I saw where everyone was.

He could, but then that's the opposite of Kaido, who many of us guessed would be directly fighting Zoro years before it happened. I personally started thinking about it during Zou.

There really isn't anything else to do, the HK present really aren't interesting enough. But I'll be honest: I don't want Zoro to get owned by some ancient simp

Not that high if only because there's no reason for Imu to fight him
2 things

1) The group and zoro has Sommers’ heart, which directly affect Imu’s condition. Imu has already implied that the death of a Holy Knight impacts him, so destroying heart (which zoro the one who suggest that lol ) is going to weaken him. That creates a clear motive Imu would need to retrieve it, and if Zoro is the one protecting it then it leads to imu vs zoro

2)Chopper’s Devil Fruit is important to Imu. Since his abilities counters Imu’s powers in some way, Imu would naturally target him. The fact that Oda places Chopper right next to Zoro in this moment could be intentional, setting up a scenario where Zoro steps in as Chopper’s protector.

So
With both Sommers’ heart and Chopper being key targets, Zoro could be the one forced to fight against Imu

You're making some pretty broad assumptions about Chopper.

The heart thing is contrived but it would make sense. Like it's way easier to just take it than sit there and fight unless he can win easily. As in break them off the same way he did Usopp and Brook
