1) Imu's belt makes him look like someone from Elbah. His theme resembles Tot Musica AND Dark Nika, in fact hes like opposite Nika.

2) Yep, the theory that this guy raged over a girl he simped its true... But who was the guy that stole Lili from this motherfucker, Davy Jones or JoyBoy? My bet is Davy.

3) Garling is prolly plotting to make coup d'etat alongside Shamrock. And may be an ally to Blackbeard.

4) Admirals must do something now, this is definitely the final war act one

It’s crazy just how much ‘presence’ can change the perception of a character. Till now I’ve never really been interested in Imu’s character per se even whilst acknowledging him as a final boss type character but now I’m really looking forward to him getting a bit more characterization and also the void century flashback :risisweat:

Also on Imu’s DF, said this in the spoiler thread but I think his アクマの実 (‘Devil’ Fruit) is simply referring to the type of his devil fruit hence why it is in katakana. For example, ヒトヒトの実 (Human Fruit) or イヌイヌの実 (Dog Fruit) only difference though is that your typical DF usually has a model like Hito Hito no Mi, Model - Buddha etc. whereas Imu kinda like Chopper doesn’t have a model. Which in hindsight, could be why Chopper’s DF can counter Imu’s ‘Human’ v ‘Devil’

Hopefully Imu will wipe the Strawheats (and Giants). As the big evil bad he should have the same/higher Impact than Kizaru Pre timeskip.

Imma keep it real with you buddy, its already over for Imu, hes dying, he was being overprotected in the castle because hes like a vampire and can't resist the sunlight. It's over, he'll be toyed by Nika and goat Ragnir. 🐿️

and God Chopper too!!

It's week 14 now there is roughly 38 weeks left of the year. Given Odas breaks, national holidays and so on I would guess there are perhaps ≈ 22 chapters left during 2026. That amount feels like a perfect amount for concluding Elbaph.

My bet
- Imu will show off his overwhelming strength
- Luffy, Loki + SHP + Elbaph will show that their strength is also legendary, on par with just about any crew that has ever sailed the seas
- At first it will be a one sided beat down. After a while Imu will still have the upper hand even if Luffy + the rest get closer and manage to actually damage Imu
- Imu steals Robin and leaves for Mariejois. Summers and Killingham beg him to save them/take them with him but Imu abandons them

So from what I can gather this was Ragnar's version of flash freezing someone, I'm not sure if Loki literally means it can't melt or he's just speaking in hyperbole, we did see the skull monster not frozen after ragnar froze it.

Also this was Kuzan's flash freeze and he can also undo his ability like Ragnir.

This means that Loki held back his freeze and has a higher lvl just like Kuzan does.

I think Loki's flash freeze might be more potent regardless, just looking at the difference between Kuzan's ice ball and Ragnar's ice block. It looks more solid visually.

The ice looks darker and more dense. It makes sense why Oda doesn't allow these flash freezes to freeze people to the bone, these attacks come out way too quickly and cover too much ground. The fact that Gunko isn't frozen to the bone tells me this attack can indeed be thawed out but it would require a lot more effort than breaking out of Kuzan's flash freeze.

In case y'all didn't notice:

Garling was the last to return to the Room of Authority, implying that he is the one who has contributed the longest on the field (if not the only one).

Garling was he who called out the excessive negligence in the attitude of the Elders, showing how he stands out from the others with his sharper, not softened by centuries of inactivity.

Garling has demonstrated firsthand the control he has over their best asset, York, whom he rules with a firm hand.
He also demonstrated his awareness of the current situation and his trust in the Great One, maintaining a composure comparable only to Nasjuro

In every panel he appears in, Oda increases Garling's position as a major threat second only to Imu himself.

Garling lost 99.9% of his aura thanks to the God Valley flashback, he can speak all he likes he just looks like a tool atm.

20-30 chapters Is probably the right number.

I honestly agree Garling is built to be Imu's n.2 and strongest Gorosei, with the Moon-nearest to Earth thing, Shanks' father and so on.

Unfortunately the FB did him dirty.

That panel of San Juan Wolf reminds me of how cool Kuzans fruit is. Genuinely the best devil fruit to see in action. We're owed seeing Kuzan go out PH style at least once in the manga tbh.
