Unlike some people, I actually listen to experts who have a track record of saying things that made sense and then actually happened. I believe that censorship leads to fascism, because it does.

What backtracking? I take everything sides in this war are saying with a grain of salt. That goes for Iran, America, Israel and Arab states.
Iran and USA/Israel give conflicting accounts on whether Lebanon was included or not. The mediator, the most neutral party, is clear that Lebanon is part of the ceasefire. Its literally in the ceasefire announcement with Lebanon name-dropped. That's my talking point regarding the ceasefire.

Regarding the meeting between the Iranians and JD Vance, that meeting is scheduled to happen tomorrow. I am also unsure what that has to do with what I said. Do you imply that Pakistan is not a trustworthy source on this?

But in reality, this suffering is caused by massive systemic ramifications, both social and institutional. We could actually prevent people from suffering, but we choose to individualize suffering and as such, we let people down and die or be killed institutionnaly in that case. This is the marriage of capitalism and eugenism at its worse.
