This is why having a marxist/materialist understanding of capitalism linked with ableism is so important. Because without this understanding, we will believe that if a person just "ask" for death on the account of great suffering.. it's just their individual choice, it can't be helped..

But in reality, this suffering is caused by massive systemic ramifications, both social and institutional. We could actually prevent people from suffering, but we choose to individualize suffering and as such, we let people down and die or be killed institutionnaly in that case. This is the marriage of capitalism and eugenism at its worse.

To think that we already reached the stage of euthanazia based on mental struggle... We are nothing for them. This is so infuriating.

Its clear now that Lebanon was part of the ceasefire, Hezbollah actually stopped firing after the ceasefire was first announced. Israel's opinion wasn't taken till after the ceasefire was agreed upon.
